Review your results with the expert

This additional group of tests combines more advanced labs and a one-on-one conversation with thyroid author and expert Mary Shomon. Once you have visited the lab and been notified your results are complete, you will be able to schedule a time with Mary to review your results.

This 15-minute telephone conversation is intended to help you better understand your results, answer simple health questions and develop a plan to move forward. Your time with the expert is captured in an audio file and placed in your health record. You can replay the conversation as many times as you need to understand the valuable health information it contains.

What it is NOT

It is NOT a replacement for the services of a Primary Care Physician. It is intended to help you prepare for your next doctor's visit. While it CANNOT provide a diagnosis or recommend ANY specific treatment from a single lab report, it may identify results that require a followup up with your personal physician. It will also make it simple to fax them a copy from inside your health record if you choose to make these results part of your permanent medical record.

The more specific you can be, the better quality service they can provide.
