What Is An Expert Review? (watch video)

This new feature, what we call 1 Hour with the Expert, includes a one-on-one conversation with Marjie on the specific test results requiring your attention. 1 Hour Review is required for 1 test with lots of questions & for those who have 2 tests with some questions.

Once you have purchased a review, you can choose the time to speak with the expert directly from her schedule.


What It Is NOT

It is NOT A replacement for the services of your Primary Care Physician. This 1 Hour telephone consultation is intended to help you better understand your results, answer simple health questions and develop a plan to move forward towards better health.

You understand that if you suspect a medical problem or condition, you need to contact your personal physician or other qualified medical provider immediately. YOU SHOULD NEVER DISREGARD MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT DUE TO INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING YOUR CONSULTATION.

Before you choose the time for your conversation, you will be asked to complete a short health history. Your answers here are combined with your lab results to provide the expert with the most accurate picture of your health. The more specific you can be, the better quality service she can provide.

This information is not sold, shared or used for ANY PURPOSE other than giving the expert the best information to help you. Once the conversation is complete, you have the option of unchecking any answer in your Medical History tab and permanently deleting it from your record.
